How to wear your RSH Bracelets: Wrap the the cord around your wrist until the hook meets the loop and put the hook through the loop. Moving the slip knots can adjust the tightness of the bracelets.

Everyone has a different body chemistry and therefore some hooks can change in color from sweat and so forth. Perfumes, Sun Tan Spray and etc can also possibly effect the hook color. A simple solution is to paint your hook with clear nail polish before wearing it and do it a couple times a year.
